邯郸市硅谷新材料有限公司成立于 2003 年，是河北硅谷化工集团的分公司,位于邯郸经济开发区世纪大街 5 号，占地 70 亩，总建筑面积 37200 平方米，注册资本 9000 万元，现有员工大中专以上学历人员（包括博士1名）占80%，是邯郸国家新材料产业化基地建设重点支持的高科技企业之一，是高新技术企业、火炬计划新材料骨干企业、重点新产品生产企业、科技部创新基金支持企业。
公司重视创新能力的培养，荟萃了一批国内资深的化工新材料技术专家，与国内从事碳纤维研究的山东大学山东省碳纤维工程技术研究中心、中科院化学所、华北电科院等高校和科研院所建立了长期的合作关系，承担了包括国家“863”计划在内的多项国家和省级科研项目。在高性能碳纤维及其复合材料研究开发和产业化方面走在了国内前沿。
公司专业从事高性能PAN基碳纤维、低弧垂倍容碳纤维复合芯导线、配网防雷击、防鸟害（棒状、管状）复合绝缘横担的研发、生产和销售业务。具有年产1万公里碳纤维复合芯导线和5万套横担的生产能力，并拥有自主知识产权。
碳纤维导线在国内外250多条线路挂网运行。2018年又迭代研发了超柔多股碳纤维复合芯导线，实现了导线70吨超强拉力，和碳纤维导线复杂工况条件应用的扩展，大大提高了施工安全裕度。
在当前乃至今后很长一段时间内，碳纤维复合芯导线将成为最具发展潜力、最具市场竞争力的新型导线品种。
Brief Introduction
Founded in 2003, Handan Silicon Valley New Material Co., Ltd. is a branch of Hebei Silicon Valley Chemical Company Group. It is located at No.5, Century Street, Handan Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of 70 mu, with a total construction area of 37200 m2 and a registered capital of 90 million yuan. At present, now 80% of the staff (including one doctor) with college technical secondary school education or above are working, It is one of the key high-tech enterprises supported by the construction of Handan national new material industrialization base. It is a high-tech enterprise, a backbone enterprise of torch plan new materials, a key new product production enterprise, and an enterprise supported by the innovation fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
The company attaches importance to the cultivation of innovation ability, and has gathered a number of senior domestic chemical new material technology experts. We have established long-term cooperation with Carbon Fiber Engineering Research Center of Shandong Province, Institute of Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences and North China Electric Power Research Institute. They are all domestic universities or scientific research institutes engaged in carbon fiber research. It has undertaken a number of national and provincial scientific research projects including the National 863 plan. It has been in the forefront of domestic research and development and industrialization of high performance carbon fiber and its composites.
The company specializes in research, development, production and sales of high-performance PAN based carbon fiber, low sag and double current capacity carbon fiber composite core conductor, distribution network lightning stroke protection, bird-proof (rod,square tube ) composite insulation cross arm. It has the production capacity of 10000 km carbon fiber composite core conductor and 50000 sets of cross arms per year, and has independent intellectual property rights.
The carbon fiber conductor operate in more than 250 lines at home and abroad. In 2018, we have developed super flexible multi-strand carbon fiber composite core conductor, which realizes 70 tons of super tension force of conductor, and extends the application of complex working conditions of carbon fiber conductor, which greatly improved the construction safety margin.
At present and even for a long time to come, carbon fiber composite core conductors will become the most developing potential and market competitive of new conductors.
