In order to solve the problem of full insulation of distribution network lines, Solid Core Square Rod and T-type Solid Mandrel are used to solve the problem of linear bar. As a kind of insulation type of tension bar, square tube cross arm is very convenient and effective.
Product structure and technology
The insulating cross arm of square tube is composed of insulating hollow tube with rectangular section and insulating filler. Since there is no silicone rubber sheath on the surface of square tube, side phase composite insulators are installed at both ends of cross arm to meet the creepage distance. The insulated hollow pipe shall be reinforced by alkali free and glass fiber, with epoxy, polyurethane and other resins as matrix materials and formed by pultrusion process.
Coating
There is anti-aging coating on the surface of insulating cross arm of square tube, without silicone rubber sheath. The thickness of coating shall not be less than 50um, and the appearance of coating shall not crack.
Fillings
The square tube shall be filled with insulating material, and the insulating material shall have uniform medium and close interface with the square tube body, bushing and head.
Requirements for Bushing and Sealing
Composite bushing is installed at the hole of cross arm, composite head is installed at both ends of insulating pipe hollow and weather-resistant sealant.
